ART925 Edelsmederij – classic, timeless jewelry in the heart of the countryside, by edelsmid Lesley Zijlstra-Eyre.

Lesley (born 1966) is originally from England. Much of her inspiration comes from the rolling Peak District landscapes, which were her home for over 30 years. Now, the landscapes of the Alblasserwaard region with its meandering rivers, form the inspiration for her current work. All designs are made from the highest quality 925 sterling silver, and with a creative touch, other precious materials and stones of the highest quality can also be incorporated to create a unique piece of jewelry.

Lesley has learned her craft for 20 years by attending classical training courses and workshops in jewelry making and design. She completed these training programs both in England and the Netherlands, including at the Academy of Goldsmiths (Zeist). Now she expands her knowledge by experimenting with various techniques. This results in extraordinary creations that are unique and beautiful. The jewelry is professionally handmade in her studio in Waal.

Lesley is a proud member of the Association of Contemporary Jewellery and the Guild of Jewellery Designers.
